Chinese Government Assists Dominica With 2,500 Solar Street Light With Battery And Panel

The Minister of Public Works of the Dominican Republic, Blackmer, said that the Dominican solar street light with battery and panel project, which was assisted by the Chinese government, was being implemented smoothly.

The solar street light with battery and panel project has a construction period of 33 months and a total investment of US $ 34 million. It is planned to install 4,851 solar street light with battery and panel on major roads nationwide, of which 2,500 solar street light with battery and panel will be provided by China.
